（ S6)已導入無鉛工藝）是我司最新開發的一種用于電子產品經濟型貼片生產的全熱風無鉛回流焊設備，與同等設備相比溫度更加均勻，穩定，熱補償速度快。
加熱系統采用高效節能的瑞典220伏鎳烙發熱絲，環繞型狀更有利于溫度的均勻性，配合曲面反射罩，熱效率高，升溫度速度快，特制強制熱風循環結構系統，使PCB及元器件受熱均勻，完全消除“陰影效應”。
渦輪減速器，運行平穩，速度0－2000mm/min 無級可調。
采用獨立滾輪結構及托平支撐，結合配套的不銹鋼網帶，運行平穩,速度精確可達±2000mm/min；
專用不銹鋼乙字網帶，耐用耐磨。長時間使用不輕易變型。
(S6) lead-free process has been introduced) is a new type of all hot air lead-free reflow soldering equipment developed by our company for the production of economic chip of electronic products. Compared with the same equipment, the temperature is more uniform, stable and the thermal compensation speed is fast.
The heating system adopts the high-efficient and energy-saving Swedish 220 volt nickel soldering heating wire. The surrounding type is more conducive to the uniformity of temperature. With the curved reflector, it has high thermal efficiency and fast temperature rise speed. The specially made forced hot air circulation structure system makes PCB and components evenly heated and completely eliminates the "shadow effect".
The turbine reducer operates stably, and the speed is 0-2000mm/min.
The independent roller structure and leveling support are adopted, combined with the supporting stainless steel mesh belt, so that the operation is stable and the speed can be accurate to - plusmn; 2000mm/min；
Special stainless steel zigzag mesh belt, durable and wear-resistant. It is not easy to change after long time use.
